Business ERP for an architecture firm under collegial governance
ERP aligned with the profession's phases, with fee analytics and an integrated document assistant.
The challenge
Ten partners each ran several projects in parallel, with no shared view of effort consumed per project, no analytical accounting of fees and a recurring difficulty in re-mobilising teams between a deliverable and the resumption of the next project.
Our response
We built an ERP aligned with the profession's phase framework, from the preliminary sketch to the handover of works. Effort tracking relies on a weekly validation of the planned workload by the project lead, which avoids daily time entry while still providing reliable analytics. The financial module tracks fees per project and per partner, with change-order management. A conversational assistant connected to the project documents makes it possible to query the contractual documents and the applicable standards.
