Field operations management suite for an industrial site
Time tracking, inventory and equipment monitoring brought together in a modular platform, from the field to the office.
The challenge
Team time tracking, equipment monitoring and stock movements relied on paper sheets and scattered files, with no consolidated view between the workshop and the office.
Our response
We designed a modular operations platform, rolled out in successive waves. The time-tracking module covers field entry, hierarchical approvals and export to payroll. The inventory module is built on a movement ledger from which stock is derived, with a location nomenclature surveyed in the field and a distinction between actively rotating items and dormant ones. Two interface profiles coexist: a tablet view optimised for the workshop and a desktop view for management.
